Why a beginner routine?

When starting face yoga, the priority is learning clean movement patterns — not fast results. A beginner routine offers short sessions, slow pacing and clear coaching.

First-week plan

5–10 minutes per day for the first week is enough. Anchor a similar time each day. In Face Yo, pair with 5-minute face yoga or morning face yoga.

Core principles

Small range, controlled breath and avoiding clenching are essential. Sharp pain is not normal.

Safety

Consult a professional during pregnancy, post-surgery or active skin irritation. Face Yo does not guarantee outcomes.
