If you access Face Yo through an unofficial app, mirror, or third-party distribution channel, this Policy may not apply and we are not responsible for how those parties handle your information.

We may collect information you provide directly, such as contact details, support messages, quiz or onboarding answers, wellness preferences, and optional content you choose to submit through the website or mobile apps. We may also collect device information, mobile operating system and app version, app usage events, diagnostics, approximate location derived from technical data, Apple App Store or Google Play purchase or subscription status, push notification tokens (if enabled), and website analytics. Do not submit medical records, diagnosis information, or emergency health information.

We use information to operate the website and iOS and Android apps, personalize guided routines, improve content and performance, provide support, maintain security, analyze aggregate usage, comply with law, and send service or marketing communications where permitted.

4. Wellness and Health Notice

Face Yo is a facial exercise and wellness app. Programs, plans, routines, and courses focus on guided facial muscle movement, activation, and revitalization practices for daily self-care. They are developed and/or reviewed by qualified experts in face yoga, facial exercise, wellness coaching, and skincare education.

Face Yo provides exercise-based wellness content, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional clinical care. Consult a qualified professional before starting if you have a medical condition, pain, recent procedures, skin concerns, or health questions. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness, irritation, or discomfort.

Any wellness or appearance-related outcomes may vary from person to person depending on age, skin type, consistency, health history, lifestyle, and individual physiology. We do not guarantee specific results for any user.

5. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with vendors that help us host services, analyze usage, send communications, process Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, provide customer support, and protect against fraud. The Face Yo iOS app is distributed through the Apple App Store. The Face Yo Android app is distributed through Google Play. 7. Video and Proprietary Content

The guided exercise videos, audio instructions, and visual content available in the Face Yo iOS and Android apps are originally produced and owned by Martian Software LLC. They are licensed for streaming and personal in-app use only. We do not authorize copying, downloading, screen recording for redistribution, republication on other platforms, or any use outside the official app experience. Unauthorized use may violate this Policy, our User Agreement, and applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet or mobile service can be guaranteed completely secure.
