User Agreement

1. Acceptance

By accessing the website or using the Face Yo iOS or Android app, you agree to this User Agreement and any applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. App-Only Product (iOS and Android)

Face Yo is a mobile app experience delivered through our official iOS and Android applications. The website is for marketing, education, SEO, support, and app download funnels. Unless we expressly state otherwise, routines, videos, courses, personalization, and app features are used inside the mobile apps, not through a web video membership or website account area.

3. Expert-Led Programs and Courses

Face Yo programs, plans, routines, and courses in the iOS and Android apps are designed, presented, and/or reviewed by qualified experts in face yoga, facial exercise, wellness coaching, and skincare education ("Experts"). Expert involvement helps ensure that guided sessions are structured, instructional, and aligned with general wellness practice.

Expert-led content is educational exercise guidance only. It is not medical advice, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or personalized professional care. Face Yo Experts do not examine you individually or provide emergency care through the app or website.

4. Exercise and Wellness Notice

Face Yo offers guided facial exercise, face yoga, and self-care routines designed to support facial muscle movement, activation, and a refreshed, revitalized feeling. Our programs and courses are exercise-based wellness content — not medical treatment, clinical care, or professional skincare services.

Even when expert-led, the Services are for general wellness and educational purposes. They do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare or skincare professional when you have specific concerns. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, irritation, or discomfort.

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as age, skin type, consistency, health history, lifestyle, and individual physiology. Face Yo does not guarantee specific cosmetic, medical, anti-aging, weight-loss, jawline, wrinkle, or skin outcomes for any user.

5. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be old enough to use digital services in your jurisdiction and have authority to agree to these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account, device, and app store credentials.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases, and App Stores

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, purchase, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms may be handled by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or another payment provider. Their terms may apply in addition to this Agreement. We do not promise that any specific price, free trial, feature, or offer will remain available forever.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, copy or redistribute videos or content, reverse engineer the app, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, use automated scraping, or use Face Yo for commercial training, medical treatment, or professional advice without written permission.

8. Proprietary Video and Media Content

All exercise videos, guided routines, demonstrations, audio guidance, thumbnails, sequences, and related media in the Face Yo iOS and Android apps are originally filmed, produced, and owned by Martian Software LLC or its licensors. They are not stock footage or third-party licensed clips for reuse.

You may access this content only through the official app for personal, non-commercial wellness use. Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Download, rip, extract, or save videos or audio from the app or website
• Screen-record, capture, or reproduce content for redistribution
• Upload our videos to social media, video platforms, messaging apps, or other services
• Use our content in commercial, promotional, educational, or training products
• Create derivative works, compilations, or AI training datasets from our videos
• Sell, sublicense, or publicly perform our content

Unauthorized use of Face Yo videos or media is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, website, videos, routines, courses, text, graphics, branding, software, and other materials are owned by Martian Software LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful personal wellness use inside the official iOS and Android apps.

10. User Content and Feedback

If you submit support messages, feedback, quiz responses, preferences, or optional content, you grant us the rights needed to operate, improve, personalize, and support the Services. You must have the rights to any content you provide and must not submit illegal, infringing, or sensitive medical records.

11. No Guaranteed Results

Face yoga and facial exercise routines may support a self-care ritual, relaxation, muscle awareness, and a fresher-feeling daily practice for some users. However, results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors such as age, skin type, consistency, health history, lifestyle, and physiology. Expert-led programs do not guarantee specific outcomes for any user.

12. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of the Services, content, routines, or features at any time. We are not liable for interruptions, device issues, Apple App Store or Google Play outages, or third-party service failures.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martian Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Services.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Martian Software LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement, create risk, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to app store subscription cancellation rules.

16. Governing Law and Contact
